Order Status Updates

After placing an order, you can easily track the status of your order by clicking Order Status/Tracking under My Account(see also Track Your Order for more detailed instructions). We will also keep you updated on the status of your purchase(s) and other transactions by sending email notifications.

PLACING AN ORDER

It’s easy to order products online at www.adidas.com as well as over the phone 24 hours a day by calling 1-800-982-9337.

Once you've placed an order with us, you can view your most recent order by accessing the My Account link and entering your username and password. If you want to learn how to sign up for an account, click here. Once you've saved your information and opened an account you will be able to view your full order history.

Please Note: Since the shipping process begins as soon as you click “Send My Order”, we are unable to change or cancel your order even if it hasn't shipped. However, once you receive your product, you may return any item within 30 days by following our Return Policy. 

Ordering can be a hastle sometimes. Luckily, you have us here to help you! The folowwing items might help you in solving some of your problems and query regarding ordering. However, if further assistant is still required, do call us over the phone at 1-800-982-9337.

Cancel Your Order

Since the shipping process begins as soon as you click “Send My Order”, we are unable to change or cancel your order even if it hasn't shipped. However, once you receive your product, you may return any item within 30 days by following ourReturn Policy.

Occasionally, orders are cancelled by our system for the following reasons:

 

  • Products are unavailable.

  • We have problems processing your payment information.

  • We can't ship to the address you provided.

  • There is a duplicate order.

If we cancel your order, we will immediately send you an email with the subject line: "Important Notice About Your Order". If you receive this email, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-982-9337 and we will help resolve the problem and/or place a new order. As always, you will not be billed for cancelled products.
